Whether you're a vendor specializing in crafts, artwork, or other innovative offerings, we welcome your participation in any of the events Dupont Circle BID is organizing throughout the year. These events are a celebration of Dupont Circle's vibrant life, culture, and commerce, providing a platform for residents and visitors to engage in dining, commerce, entertainment, and recreation.

Unparalleled Exposure: Our events attract a diverse crowd of enthusiastic participants, giving you the opportunity to showcase your products or services to a wide range of potential customers.

Engage with the Community: Dupont Circle events are all about bringing people together. As a vendor, you'll have the chance to interact directly with attendees, build connections, and cultivate a loyal customer base.

Boost Sales and Revenue: The events organized by Dupont Circle BID draw significant foot traffic, ensuring ample opportunities for sales.

Networking Opportunities: By participating as a vendor, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow vendors, artists, and artisans within the community.

To participate as a vendor, you need to register and pay the $200 per-event fee.

That will give you access to a booth space is 4'x6' on the sidewalk in any of Dupont Circle commercial corridors along Connecticut Avenue and P Street.

We will be pairing you with a retailer around Dupont Circle to help you drive traffic to your booth and help you sell your goods.

To become a vendor, you must register, be accepted, and pay $200 per event.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. All vendor set up and displays must be contained within the 4'x6" booth space. Booth spaces may be used for temporary items, such as folding tables, displays, and pop-up tents; sheds, constructed tents, and other structures are not allowed.

  2. Spaces are assigned by the Festival Director to acknowledge our sponsors, maximize pedestrian flow, promote vendor exposure, and maintain accessibility to the retailers. Booth spaces are not transferable and you may not move your location.

  3. No loudspeakers, boom boxes, sound systems, instruments, or portable bullhorns are allowed.  If you have a tv or screen, you may use it, but it must be silent. Because of tight quarters, no electric generator(s) will be allowed unless pre-approved by the Festival Director.  Please use batteries or solar panels for power, if needed.

  4. Prepared food vendors are not allowed because we want to promote the restaurants around Dupont Circle.   However, if a citizens association wants to sell boxed fruitcakes, or if a seniors organization wants to sell rum cakes packaged as gifts, that would be allowed.

  5. Vendors who cancel must tell the Festival Director immediately.  If the event sells out and we are able to resell your space to another vendor, you will be issued a refund based on what you paid, less processing fees.

  6. By paying the $200 per-event fee, the vendor agrees to the terms set forth herein and represents that the person signing/paying on vendor’s behalf has the authority to do so. Vendor agrees to comply with event rules and regulations as stated. Vendor agrees to hold harmless Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from any accident or injury incurred before, during, or after the event. Vendor further agrees to hold harmless Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, and actions that Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers may sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of any action or inaction for vendor or any of vendor’s employees, agents, or volunteers in connection with vendor’s participation in this event.
